Autism
Autism is a developmental disorder characterized by social, communication, and language problems. Depending on the prevalence of symptoms, autism may be described as mild or severe. Because autism presents differently among individuals who have it, it’s difficult to generalize symptoms and treatments.
Although it may be a lifelong disorder, it can be managed through various medication, therapies, and assistive technology for autism.
